Does Team Facilities and offices matter to an NBA Player?

I have seen glimpses of the Lakers UCLA Health Facility and it looks really awesome. I could play basketball all day there.

How is the lakers facility compare to other teams?

Can they bring friends and family to the facility?

And one more thing, can they play with friends there anytime they like?
