Just over a week after former president Jacob Zuma laid out a decades-spanning conspiracy theory in his opening statement to the state capture commission of inquiry, Transport Minister Fikilie Mbalula, whose name popped up in the statement, says he will appear before Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo again if called upon to do so.
