Breast implant linked to rare cancer prompts worldwide recall

Allergan issued a global recall of its textured breast implants after discovering the devices are linked to a rare cancer.

The Food and Drug Administration requested that Allergan, the manufacturer of the Biocell implants, voluntarily recall some of its products.
