Taylor Lewan says he is facing 4-game suspension after testing positive for banned substance

The NFL has suspended Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan four games for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing substances, Lewan said in a video he posted to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.
