Watch: Adrian Durham tears into Dele Alli; suggests he should be sold

talkSPORT presenter Adrian Durham has claimed that Dele Alli has gone backwards with his form.

Durham has laid the blame at Mauricio Pochettino’s door and believes that the Tottenham Hotspur midfielder should take a leaf out of Aaron Ramsey’s book after the Welshman left Arsenal to move to Juventus.

A move abroad is what the radio host claims that Dele requires to seek a fresh challenge to give him a re-focus and blasted the 23-year-old by even stating that he is a player that Spurs could do without.

Opinion

It is an absolutely staggering claim to suggest that Dele Alli should not have a future at Spurs.  Last season, Dele stepped up by playing a more unfamiliar deeper role due to the number of injuries suffered to the likes of Harry Winks, Moussa Sissoko, Eric Dier and Victor Wanyama along with the departure of Mousa Dembele.

Durham has form for his radio ‘click-bait’ and we will file these ridiculous comments under this.
