Cabbagetown arts centre ‘devastated’ after they say instruments, equipment missing following break-in

An organizer of the Cabbagetown Community Arts Centre says a neighbour alerted them to an open side entrance and smashed window. The charity gives free music lessons to children who couldn’t otherwise afford them.
