TOTTENHAM owner Daniel Levy has vowed to splash the cash in the transfer market after completing their new stadium move.

Spurs were unable to bring any new additions into the squad last season as they were braced to begin life in their new £1billion home.

Having played at Wembley for the entirety of the 2017-2018 season, major delays saw the North London side finally move into the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in April.

After a season without transfers, Spurs welcomed record signing Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon this summer for £65m – a year and a half after signing Lucas Moura from PSG.

And Tottenham chief Levy has teased more to come.

He said: “We have embarked in recent years on two major capital projects, which I think in the long term will be of great benefit to the club.

“We will now continue wherever we can to improve the team.

“Now it’s [time] to continue to find ways to not only improve the commercial aspects of the club but also the football and continue to be a success.”

Spurs have been linked with a move for £67m rated midfielder Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis, with playmaker Christen Eriksen in the dark over his future.

Juventus wantaway Paulo Dybala has also emerged as a shock transfer target for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Tottenham chiefs have reportedly “made contact” with the £80m forward– who is also eyed by Manchester United.
