Boris Johnson urges EU to accept new Brexit deal, vows to make U.K. 'greatest place on earth'

U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson told the European Union on Thursday that the Irish border backstop would have to be struck out of the Brexit divorce agreement if there were to be an orderly exit with a deal.
