Russia’s embassy: Sailors from vessel detained in Ukraine coming back home

The crew members of a Russian vessel detained in Ukraine are heading home, the ship remains in the Ukrainian port of Izmail, press attaché of the Russian Embassy in Kyiv Denis Golenko told Interfax.

“We’ve managed to confirm the information that the crew is going home in keeping with the shipowner’s decision, the ship itself remains in Izmail,” Golenko said.
