Over 50% polled would not pay more than $999 for a domain name

So I started a poll a few weeks ago on Namepros which closed yesterday. The question posed was the following:

What’s the most you’d pay for a domain in the aftermarket?

Over 53% would not pay higher than $999 with 16.7% saying they only hand reg.
