A SERIAL sex pest banned from speaking to women he did not know harassed two young girls just hours after being released from prison.
Derrick Robins, 70, was arrested by plain clothes cops at a McDonald’s in Croydon, South London.

He was returned to jail for 16 months at Inner London Crown Court for breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Detective Sergeant Andy Jordan, of British Transport Police, said: “Robins is a serial sex offender who has a history of targeting women throughout London.
“He has a history of pestering women, making inappropriate comments and exposing himself to members of the public.
“On May 16, he made a decision to completely disregard the justice system and commit further offences – it is entirely his fault that he is back behind bars.

“By working closely with our partners at the Met Police, we’ve been able to lock Robins up again – we thoroughly welcome this sentence.”
Robins is banned from approaching, touching or making any avoidable attempts to communicate with any female he doesn’t know until April 2023.
He is also barred from using public transport, loitering in train stations, or engaging in any sexualised behaviour on public transport in England and Wales.
