EastEnders fans desperate for Sean Slater to return and save Stacey from Phil Mitchell’s revenge
EASTENDERS fans are desperate for Sean Slater to make a comeback to save sister Stacey from Phil Mitchell’s revenge.
The Walford badboy – who is played by actor Rob Kazinsky in the BBC soap – was last seen earlier this year after a ten year absence as he revealed he was suffering from depression.
But in tonight’s episode he was used as an excuse by Jean Slater to find a way for her daughter Stacey to escape Walford without being seen to be fleeing after she left Phil Mitchell dead after hitting him with a wrench.
With Phil’s employee Shirley becoming increasingly desperate to find him after seeing his row with Kat – that led to Stacey hitting him – she turned up at the Slaters to find Stacey preparing to flee.
But quick thinking Jean lied to her best friend to protect her daughter and told her Sean had suffered a relapse.
She said: “We’ve got a bit of a problem and I’m going to need your help.
“We don’t know what happened, not exactly, but we only got the call 20 minutes ago and Stacey’s been on the phone ever since. Sean sounded so good the last time I spoke to him, he sounded so positive.
“They won’t tell us anything until a member of the family gets there, and I can’t go because of the operation so Stacey and Martin are going to go and stay with him.”
Shirley fell for Jean’s lies and told her that of course she would help her adding: “You don’t have to ask, you know that.”
Now fans are hoping Sean will make a comeback.
