A single prop KR2 plane experienced a fuel system malfunction at around 8:20 a.m. that stalled the engine and forced the pilot to make an emergency landing. The pilot of the small aircraft said he was flying to work when his engine stalled (it ran out of gas), forcing him to make an emergency landing on the highway.
