Funky Lam Kitchen has a few new dishes and a new chef, and I am excited about both. The menu has been given a kick and a punch and boy, am I glad! Chef Vishnu "Bank" Bernard celebrates his half Thai-half Malaysian heritage and churns out bold, unpretentious funky dishes and isn't shy with the flavours.
