New e-scooters' slow rollout leaves users ‘lining up’ for rides

Neuron Mobility was expected to roll out 200 scooters by July 22 and increase to 600 by August 10, but Lime says demand is so strong after removing 350 scooters from the streets, people are lining up to use their scooters.
