What brand / model is this cruiser?

I know this is not a classic and vintage road bike, but don't know where else to ask. What brand and model is this single speed cruiser from the past? Doesn't look like a Schwinn, and I know it looks disgusting. But any ideas? Not my bike and not my picture. I was offered this is a trade
