Man blocks a tram to give flowers to a woman

In Chelyabinsk on August 1, a man gave flowers to a girl sitting on a tram in an extremely unusual way.

"Excuse me, please, everyone!" - said the driver of the car, after he blocked the tram with a car and went inside. The man handed a bouquet of flowers to a stunned girl sitting in a carriage, and then hurriedly left, violating traffic rules.
