Oddball Small Wheels- Paris Special Bicycle
We get some neat bikes through our bike co-op (in Manitoba) and I keep meaning to do a large comprehensive thread with all of the odd and old bikes that we get in the shop (someday!).
This little one came through recycling depot. A cursory googling doesn't show up much information and the oddest thing is perhaps it's sporting a Shimano 3 speed wheel (which I wouldn't expect if it was actually old and European) and shifter.
Mainly trying to find out where the heck it's from and is it worth us fixing up to sell or if it's better used as a bike for our youth programming or the like. Anyone have any ideas? More info or pictures can be supplied!
