Mayor Hails "Step Toward Justice" In Garner Case
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is hailing what he called "a step toward justice" for the family of Eric Garner. An administrative judge on Friday recommended firing the New York City police officer accused of using a chokehold in Garner's 2014 death.
