Tottenham Hotspur have strengthened their central midfield area considerably with the acquisition of Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon, and based on reports in the press they are not quite done just yet.

The club have also been linked with moves for Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso and Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes (Evening Standard).

If Spurs land even one of the two, they will have an embarrassment of riches in central midfield with the likes of Harry Winks, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Moussa Sissoko, and Oliver Skipp already at the club.
