Anne Duceppe, the cousin of former Bloc Quebecois leader Gilles Duceppe, and Andre Parizeau, the newphew of former Quebec premier Jacques Parizeau, will go head to head for right to represent Montreal’s Ahuntsic-Cartierville riding.
