LG TV issue

Hi,
I have an Lg TV model number 55UH750V - its about 3 years old
Noticed yesterday while watching the football that there appears to be 2 faint white lines running at-least 1/3 way up the screen
Weirdly, they are only visible when the colours on the screen are lightish (grey, the grass of the the pitch etc), when its darker colours they are not visible
A tad annoying when watching the football as the majority of the screen is lightish green
Any idea on causes?
I ran a picture test and the top part of the screen is crisp - but the greyish menu on bottom part shows these 2 faint white lines
Worth phoning to see if someone will come have a look?
