A group of scientists from Roma Tre University and the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, led by Italian researcher Eleonora Rivalta from the German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam, has devised a model to predict where volcanic eruptions will occur and understand which path the magma will take.
