Park to show what life was like in 1864 Nebraska Territory

FAIRBURY, Neb. (AP) - A living history event scheduled at Rock Creek Station State Historical Park will show what everyday life was like in the Nebraska Territory in 1864.

On Aug. 17 historians will inhabit the park's reconstructed road ranch, demonstrating haying, carpentry, blacksmithing and stock tending.
