Desevio Payne at FC Emmen (The Netherlands)

The kind folks at FC Groningen (Dutch Eredivisie) have informed me that Payne has an American passport. He appears to have joined them a year ago after stop at various youth clubs and something (couldn't quite tell what, maybe a trial or a short stint) at Stoke.
