Congress leaders submits memorandum to Prime minister, President of India on NRC updation, flood and erosion and paper mill

Members of the Assam Congress Legislature Party and Congress MPs from Assam submitted memorandum pertaining to National Register of Citizens (NRC)updation, floods and erosion, future of the Nagaon and Cachar Paper Mills.
