[Cross Country] Cleary tabs Frank for XC position

HOWELL, Mich. - (Cleary Release) - Cleary announced James Frank as its new men's and women's cross country coach. Frank, the principal figure in Frank Race Management, spent last season as an assistant track coach at fellow WHAC member Rochester after serving as head cross country coach at St. Clair Community College for two years. Frank will also be charged with expanding the Cougar track and field programs.
