These type of films were produced and sold at various tourist destinations. They were duplicated en mass and didn't have the clarity of the master. The processing wasn't stringently controlled so the color dyes had the propensity of fading and shifting towards red rather severely so it's unusual to come across one still having decent color. Date code on the edge of film designates 1951. (Many remember Golda Meir as prime minister of Israel and not as a champion water skier. I swear she's in this movie.)
