It brings a few management issues but no Rules stand in the way of this, because all are a form of stroke play. But it would need to be clear if it was Rnd 1 of the 36 hole Championship that 'tripled' as the medal and the Senior Championship (Stableford). Note that if any Senior failed to finish a hole, they would be DQ from the club championship and the medal competition - but still would record a Stableford score.
