It was a cool, breezy morning in Gurgaon with an overcast sky. While it moistened the ground, the rain didn’t dampen the spirits of those people who had gathered in Sector 43 for a cause – a market to promote sustainable living. The morning saw activities like tree-climbing for kids, a talk on the importance of native trees and a calming nature walk based on the Japanese concept of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest therapy, i.e. using nature as a healing tool.
