Hollywood hunk Chris Pratt shows off his dad bod as he holidays in Santa Barbara
HOLLYWOOD hunk Chris Pratt proudly showed off his enviable physique as he hit the beach in Santa Barbara at the weekend.
The actor, 40, was joined by wife Katherine Schwarzenegger and pal Rob Lowe as he soaked up the sun.
The trio looked happy and relaxed as they chilled by the sea.
Chris and Katherine, 29, tied the knot in early June and are now living it up on after making their romance official.
The happy couple said “I Do” at the luxury San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, which has also hosted the weddings of Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Simpson.
In matching statements, the pair said: “It was the best day of our lives!
“We became husband and wife in front of God, our families and those we love.
“It was intimate, moving and emotional. We feel so blessed to begin this new chapter of our lives.
“We are so thankful to our families and our friends who stood with us and grateful to Mr. Giorgio Armani who created a once in a lifetime dress for Katherine to wear and for me, the perfect suit…we feel nothing but blessed.”
The wedding marked Chris’ second trip up the aisle, having previously been married to actress Anna Faris from 2009 until last year.
The former couple have six-year-old son Jack together, and Chris was pictured with his little boy and new wife as they paid a visit to her family in Los Angeles after the nuptials.
He had ballooned to a whopping 21 stone when filming for Delivery Man but now has a body most men would envy.
He said : “You can’t have beer, hash browns, burgers, or anything fried. No carbs.
“And you have to work out five times a week.
“If you cut the crap out of your diet and spend an hour a day doing something physical, you’ll feel better mentally, physically and spiritually, because it’s all tied together.
“Honestly, there’s no trick or secret to it. It’s about getting after it and being patient and consistent.
“And it’s not about starving yourself, because you want to give your body proper nutrition.
“And think about who you want to be in six months or eight months or two years’ time, whatever it is.”
Pratt further opened up to Men’s Health to admit he lost 35lb in six weeks by running “five or six miles a day, eating leafy green salads and protein shakes and cutting out all alcohol”.
