Attorney general rejects nuclear bailout repeal language

COLUMBUS — It’s back to the drawing board for those seeking to kill a new law steering $150 million a year to the owner of Ohio’s two nuclear power plants after Attorney General Dave Yost on Monday rejected their proposed petition language.
