Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie are in custody after surrendering to authorities after being indicted on tax evasion and fraud charges.

The Chrisley Knows Best stars are in custody in Georgia, according to the Northern District of Georgia attorney’s office. The couple turned themselves in early Wednesday morning, a spokesman for the attorney’s office told CNN. They’re expected to appear before a federal judge later today according to reports.
