Friend who bought Dayton shooter body armor to stay in jail on unrelated charge

Ethan Kollie, who authorities say helped assemble the weapon used in the Dayton shooting, will remain in jail on a charge unrelated to the shooting. Investigators say there's no evidence that Kollie knew what gunman Connor Betts had planned.
