Watch: Matt Confronted Monique on The Bachelor and All Hell Broke Loose

The moment Bachelor Matt Agnew confronted Monique Morley over calling him a "dog c**t" and "disrespectful pig" was always going to be intense. However, none of us fans could have quite anticipated that all hell would end up breaking loose on tonight's episode of The Bachelor.

It all started when fellow contestant Abbie Chatfield informed Matt of the, ah, colourful language she had overheard Monique using to describe him. Having understandably being left shaken by the allegations, Matt made a beeline for Monique at the cocktail party to attempt to set things straight. Unfortunately for him, the truth was not going to come that easy, and Monique steadfastly denied having said anything like that. What happened next can only be described as well, quite frankly, a straight-up sh*t storm.

Matt ended up bringing Abbie in to the conversation in the hopes one of the women would crack, but it only led to the two ladies becoming locked in a war of 'she said, she said'. Neither Abbie or Monique would admit to having lied, so Matt enlisted the help of Rachael. And Nichole. And Emma. And Elly. And Sogand. And basically every. Single. Damn. Contestant. On. This. Season. The consensus? Well, there wasn't one. Half the women seemed to think it was a joke that had been taken out of context, while the other half saw nothing funny about Monique's comments.

Having not been privy to the situation ourselves, the only thing we know for sure is that this incident has left us with one divided mansion, and one freakin' fed up Bachelor.
