Portland, Maine- The Portland Sea Dogs, Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, are set to welcome the 10 millionth fan in franchise history when the team plays its next home game on Monday, August 19th, a 6:00 PM contest against the Reading Fightin Phils.
