[Women's Volleyball] Lions Sweep Day One of Summer Slam

COSTA MESA, Calif. - The 2019 season is officially underway as the Lions (2-0) hosted a pair of matches in The Pit as part of the Hope International Summer Slam. Vanguard kick started the day with a sweep of the Trojans before battling for a four-set victory over the GeoDucks. Earlier in the day, the Blue and Gold was named as the preseason 18th ranked team in the country in the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
