Days after Article 370 was abrogated and J&K bifurcated, PM Modi skipped any mention of Pakistan but pointedly referred to Afghanistan, offering advance congratulations for soon completing its 100th year of freedom. Modi said, “Afghanistan is a good neighbour of India, and I wish the country for celebrating 100 years of independence this year."
