Katie Price’s guard dog bites off the tail of her pet cat Dobby after going berserk

KATIE Price’s guard dog turned on her two bald Sphynx cats — and bit one’s tail off.

The other cat vanished for five days after Alsatian Blade went berserk.

The dog is being kept apart from mum-of-five Katie’s menagerie while a pet counsellor helps cats Dobby and Hagrid.

A source said: “Katie brought in Blade to keep the whole family safe but the plan backfired spectacularly when he suddenly turned.

“Before anyone could stop him he’d ripped Dobby’s tail off.

“Katie and the kids love their animals and it was horrible for them to see the cats in pain.

“That’s why Katie got a pet counsellor.”

Last week’s drama is the latest in a series of misfortunes for animal-lover Katie’s pets.

Dog Queenie was flattened by a pizza van and chameleon Marvin died “of a broken heart”.

Another Alsatian, Bear, was nearly run over.

The source added: “Katie’s unlucky with her pets, probably because she has always owned so many. Hopefully, this will be her last animal drama for a while.”
