Low pressure brings mostly cloudy skies and 40% POP to Vancouver, Chilliwack, Pemberton and Whistler. 

Seattle and Bellingham cloudy skies clearing as the day progresses. 

YVR 3000 ft winds aloft NW to 9 km/hr becoming W to 22 km/hr.  Gusty WNW winds 30-45 km/hr in Vancouver easing late in the day. Novice peak lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft.  

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft NNE to 9 km/hr , easing to light and variable. Valley winds winds light and variable becoming W to 10 km/hr. Advanced peak lapse rate -2.8C/1000ft.

1. Paragliding Bellingham: -2.6C/1000ft intermediate peak lapse rate. Blanchard often has a blue hole when its raining elsewhere. Blanchard for P3 intermediate pilots 1000-1900. Paragliding prospects 70%.

2. Paragliding Seattle: -2.8C/1000ft advanced peak lapse rate. Wait for Tiger summit to clear clouds eraly afternoon.  Then watch for strong thermals.  Tiger for P4 advanced pilots 1300 - 2000. Chances to fly 60%.
