TEHRAN (FNA)- A reformist member of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission warned that time is ticking for Europe to abide by the terms of the nuclear deal as the deadline is arriving for the third phase of Iran's reduction of nuclear deal obligations.
