Sadriddin Akhmedov to return to the ring in October!
Earlier this month we reported that Sadriddin Akhmedov (9-0, 8) [Ахмедов Садриддин] had gotten married to a Kazakh musician. Now we can report that his next bout, his first since getting married, has got a date set for it, though not all the details are currently set.
The unbeaten Kazakh is scheduled to fight in Quebec on October 25th, on a stacked card from "Eye of the Tiger Management", who have promoted most of Akhemdov's professional bouts so far.
Akhmedov has ben out of the ring since June 29th, when he stopped Daniel Vega Cota in 99 seconds. Despite being out of the ring since June his October bout will be his 4th of 2019, which is similar to his activity in 2018 which saw him fit in 6 bouts.
Although we know that Akhmedov is scheduled for the card, and is featured on the poster, his opponent for the card is yet to be announced. Given his competition so far it's fair to expect another step up in class for the youngster, but we wouldn't expect anyone too testing for the 21 year old hopeful.
