The Sycamores are ranked 16th in the latest polls. They had a lead late on FBS Kansas, before losing in the last few minutes. Going to be a tough game.
I think the Sycamores are well balanced too based on stats from the game against Kansas. I know Kansas is not historically very good at football, but they are still an FBS school from a power 5 conference and ISU hung with them.
Our Non-Conference schedule is pretty darned good and I think it will get us ready for league play.
I hope we can pull out a victory and show the nation and the league we are ready to step up into the playoff picture. I am making the drive to Terre Haute from Columbus...hoping for a fun happy ride back!
