Mercito Gesta to headline November 14th show!

Earlier today Golden Bot Promotions announced that Filipino Mercito Gesta (32-3-2, 17) would be returning to action on November 14th in a bout against Carlos Morales (19-4-3, 8), at the Belasco Theater in LA.

For Gesta the fight will be a must win following his upset loss in in March to Juan Antonio Rodriguez. The once touted Filipino hopeful is now 32 and has lost 2 of his last 3, another here likely spells the end for him.

The 29 year old Morales, a Mexican born US based fight, has gone 3-3 in his last 6 but has proven to be a game and tough fighter giving Rene Alvarado and Ryan Garcia very competitive bouts. He's not taken the career punishment that Gesta has and will know that a win can push him to bigger and better bouts.

This bout will main event the show will feature a number of unbeaten prospects in supporting bouts.
