Topeka Police remember fallen officer Jason Harwood

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – Topeka Police are remembering a fallen officer this Saturday.

September 7th, 2019 marks the 5 year anniversary of Corporal Jason Harwood’s death. Harwood was shot and killed during a traffic stop.

On Saturday the Topeka Police Department posted in Harwood’s memory, saying “Not a day goes by where we don’t think of you. Five years ago today you made the ultimate sacrifice. You were taken from us far too soon. You are loved and missed dearly.”
