Peugeot - A PX10, PY, custom, or other?
I've done some research mostly based on images and have not been able to establish a certain ID on my Peugeot. I normally don't ask for help but Peugeots sometimes need a group effort from what I've been observing.
Pics seem to help the most - so here are some in acquired condition, feel free to ask for more. The previous owner acquired it in Europe and said it was not a model that was marketed in US. He believed it to be a custom build (possibly Prestige) based on not being able to locate a similar model, and based on the frame and build. It does have the Hand Brazed sticker on non-drive side, wheels are Mavic 190 FB, hubs are Maillard, headset is Spidel, dropout rear is Spidel, 531 stickers on frame and fork. classicrendezvous.com states that letter B indicates 1980 (mine is B2030???) but graphics are similar to a Phil Anderson's '82. It rides beautifully BTW. Any feedback is welcomed and will promice to update on any new info - thanks!
