West Point, Ga. – Point University's Women's Soccer team lost a heartbreaking 2-1 contest in overtime in their first Appalachian Athletic Conference match against the Columbia International Lady Rams. The Lady Skyhawks' record falls 2-3 overall and 0-1 in the AAC. CIU scored the first goal in the first half, then Point's Jasmine Marquez (SR/Savannah, Ga.) tied up the game at the 50- minute mark to take the game into overtime. The Rams were the ones to end the game scoring with 5 minutes gone in overtime with a final score of 2-1.
