Montreal mural artist Julian Palma Luque just felt he had to pay tribute to Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou, a 10-year-old boy who went missing in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district in March 2018. That was the inspiration for the giant mural that Palma Luque recently created at the corner of Masson St. and 7th Ave. in Rosemont.
