Parents sue New Jersey clinic alleging fertility mix-up

Kristina Koedderich and Drew Wasilewski are suing a New Jersey fertility clinic, alleging that the facility mistakenly used the sperm of another man. The family says a DNA test from 2015 showed Wasilewski was not their daughter’s biological father.
