Felicity Huffman to Be Sentenced in College Admissions Scandal Case
Felicity Huffman is about to be sentenced.
The Desperate Housewives alum will return to court on Friday afternoon (September 13) in Boston, Mass. to be sentenced for her involvement in the nationwide college admissions scandal, for which she pled guilty in May on a count of conspiracy and fraud.

She will become the first parent sentenced among 34 charged in the large scam operation in the United States.
Felicity previously admitted to paying $15,000 to boost her daughter’s SAT scores in 2017. A month in prison is what prosecutors recommended, along with a $20,000 fine and supervised release. Felicity‘s lawyers are arguing for a year of probation, community service and the fine.
